Mr Lee is the Deputy M.D of Hitek Construction Pte Ltd. Currently holding the title as Deputy Managing Director of the group of companies, Mr. Chua first started as a sole proprietor involved in the business of earth transportation. He set up Kok Tong Construction Pte. Ltd. in the year 1988 and subsequently a few more companies in Singapore as part of his business expansion plan. Over the last 30 years, he starts H itek Construction Pte Ltd from a company with only 2 lorries to a renowned A1 civil contractor. Mr. Lee is a hands-on and sharp-witted businessman with diverse interests in other fields including hospitality and property development
Mr. Eric joined the Hi Tek Construction as a Project Manager in November 2014, bringing over 9 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry. Prior to his tenure at Hi Tek Construction Pte Ltd, he involved and completed several projects under LTA and HDB.
In recognition of his dedication and performance, Mr. Sim was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in November 2017, and subsequently promoted to Project Director in January 2020. In his current role, he spearheads and oversees various civil engineering projects in Changi East areas. He reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development of Hi Tek's civil engineering capabilities particularly in aviation and bridge infrastructures sectors.

Ms. Sairah joined the Group in April 1992 and brought with her more than 8 years of experience in construction industry. She joined Hi-Tek as a Quantity Surveyor and was subsequently promoted to Contracts Manager in 2007, Senior Contracts Manager in 2012 and Director-Commercial and Contracts in 2013.
Ms. Lim has a Technical Diploma in Building Maintenance and Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
Chew Tan.De
Purchase Manager
Mr. Chew Tan.De joined Hi Tek Construction Pte Ltd as a Purchase Manager in March 2013, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in civil engineering construction. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Project Manager and entrusted with the construction of Yulim Bus Depot and adjacent earthwork, water and sewer project.
In recognition of his drive and leadership, Mr. Chew was tasked with more projects and was subsequently promoted to Project Director in February 2021. In his current capacity, Mr. Chew leads and manages various civil engineering projects under DSTA and LTA. He report to the Chief Executive Officer and is instrumental in elevating Hi-Tek’s capabilities as a diverse civil engineering contractor.
